• Client should avoid booking appointment when feeling sick, have a cough, fever or flu like symptoms. Even if client is experiencing a common cold or just recovering from any past symptoms. Client will be asked to reschedule no sooner than 21 days in the future. Client should alert the stylist of any environment related allergies that may cause cough or sneeze.

• There is a mandatory $20 consultation for all services.

• All appointments require a deposit and will be lost if you miss your appointment.

• There is a 20 min grace period for appointments, after this time you may have to reschedule or may incur a late fee a dollar a minute. You have 48 hours to cancel your appointment without any fees to pay.

• Client should not arrive sooner than appointment time unless told other wise by the stylist. If arrived early, client will be asked to wait in car until scheduled appointment time.

• Shampoo & Conditioning is complimentary, if you come washed already you will not get a discount. 

• There is a take down fee $20 a hour. If your hair is really tangled there is a $20 detangling fee.
